SMS and text messaging
AldusCare sends text (SMS) messages as part of delivering the Services. Message content and program details are described at the point where consent is collected.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or lead generation companies under any circumstances.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, and reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care services. If you opt out, we may still send you transactional messages required to administer your account or as otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Services, for example with service providers who help us deliver messaging, hosting, and infrastructure, and only under agreements that require them to protect your information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.
